Return/Refund Policy

We at Nubian Seed value you as a customer, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If, however, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of our all natural/ organic products, we will gladly accept returns of unused items, in their original box and/or packaging within 7 days of the sale date, for a refund or replacement.

Please note that shipping, handling, customs, duties and sales tax charges are not refundable on returns. If the revised order total falls below the free shipping minimum, a shipping charge may be assessed.

Clearance / Out of Box

Clearance (Short Life, Out of Box and Last Season’s) items, are FINAL SALE. No Refunds will be issued for these items.

Unreasonable Returns

Nubian Seed reserves the right to refuse returns for an unreasonable quantity of items or for items which have been opened.

  1. What do I do if I wish to return something I purchased? You are welcome to return any good purchased within 7 days of receiving the item. Unfortunately, we can only accept goods for return that are still in their original packaging. You will have to pay to have the item couriered or posted back to us, but as soon as we receive it, we will issue you a credit note. Our policy is to deduct a 10% handling fee from the original price, but unless a lot of administration has been necessary to get the item back, we usually turn a blind eye to it.
  2. What do I do if I receive goods damaged or broken in transit? If you do not receive your order in mint condition, or if anything is broken or damaged please let us know immediately so that we can ensure the situation is rectified. Whilst we have not lost any parcels in the post to date, goods are occasionally damaged in transit, and there is no question that these will be replaced. If you can, please do take a photo of the damaged item as this helps our packing team improve the way products are sent. Please inform us within 3 business days of delivery if there are any problems with your order. We reserve the right to refuse replacement of refund of these items if we are not notified within this time frame.
  3. What should I do if I received a damaged item? Please inspect order upon arrival. If the package has any damage and affected the ordered item, please contact us at: nubian.seed@gmail.com Please provide your order number, along with your name, email address and phone number for expedited service. To assure a smooth return, please retain the shipping box, unused/damaged items and receipt for inspection by the carrier. 4/4 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Can I make changes to my order after it has been processed? Unfortunately, we cannot. Once the order is processed and submitted to Nubian Seed, no changes can be made. We apologize for any inconvenience.
